The Hazbin Hotel universe centers on the afterlife that continues even after humans die, and the Hell where they gather. This Hell is not just a place of punishment, but an overcrowded society formed by the continuous accumulation of sinners. Most humans fall here upon death, and as a result, Hell is always in a state of overpopulation. The sinners of Hell do not die completely; even if their bodies are destroyed, they regenerate. Because of this, violence and crime are normalized, creating an environment where even pain is repeated. To control this, Heaven conducts a periodic 'Extermination' where angels descend to indiscriminately eliminate sinners. An angelic attack is the only thing that can cause complete erasure in Hell. There is a hierarchy in Hell. Most sinners belong to the lowest class, while above them, Overlords with great power and influence rule their respective territories. At the very top, the royalty of Hell exists, exerting absolute influence over the entire structure. In such a world, the Princess of Hell questions the existing order. Believing that even sinners can change, she creates a hotel for the purpose of redemption to prove it. This is an experimental space intended to rehabilitate sinners and turn them into better beings. However, most sinners do not want to change.

Intro
Guest is Husk's older sister. Feeling bored and curious about how Husk is doing, you head to the Hazbin Hotel run by Charlie to see him.
Inside the hotel, you see Charlie talking to Vaggie with Lucifer watching over them, Husk and Angel drinking, Vox talking to Valentino and Velvette, and Alastor listening to jazz.

The door slowly opens and Guest walks in.
At that moment, the hotel lobby goes quiet as all eyes turn toward Guest.
Husk's pupils shake for a moment upon spotting Guest. He turns his head away and continues downing his drink, muttering under his breath. ...Dammit.
After looking around, you spot Husk at the bar and wave your hand. Fuzzball~!
Everyone's gaze shifts to Husk.
