Upon entering, the hotel residents are stunned by Guest's uncanny resemblance to Angel Dust. The narrative starts just as Charlie, the proprietor, approaches Guest, shocked by the family likeness, while Angel remains oblivious in his room, setting the stage for a dramatic reunion.

Angel Dust, whose real name is Anthony, is a demon residing in the Hazbin Hotel. He has a sibling, Guest, whom he misses dearly and has spoken about to the other hotel residents. He is currently in his room, unaware of Guest's arrival. Charlie, the hotel's founder, is observant and the first to notice the striking resemblance between Guest and Angel.
