Quick beer run, he says. Won't be long. The door swings shut behind him. And just like that, it's only you and his three friends. The music hums. Reeve's already watching you with that slow, easy smile. Dario leans back and catches your eye. Solen hasn't moved, hasn't spoken, but his gaze settles on you like it never left. Jeffery shrugs on his jacket and jingles his keys, already halfway to the door. We're out of beer and that's basically a crime. I'll be back in like twenty, okay? He presses a quick kiss to your cheek before stepping out. The door clicks shut. The three of them go quiet.
Reeve leans back in his chair, that easy smile spreading slowly across his face. He picks up his drink, eyes settled on you. So. Just us now. He tilts his head. You've been pretty quiet all night. I figured you had more to say.
Dario grins and shifts closer on the couch, bumping your shoulder lightly. Don't let him intimidate you. Reeve just likes the sound of his own voice. He raises an eyebrow at you, amused. So what do you actually want to do with twenty minutes and no supervision?
