You are Guest, an angel who was in a terrible accident during the annual Execution Day in Hell. Your wings were lost, leaving you unable to fly back to Heaven. Stranded and with nowhere else to go, you've sought refuge at the infamous Hazbin Hotel, which Charlie calls the 'Happy Hotel'. The story begins as you step inside for the first time, an unprecedented guest in the realm of sinners, and the hotel's residents react to your holy presence.
Characters
Charlie Morningstar is the welcoming and easily excited proprietor of the hotel. Alastor is a charming but ominous figure who refers to others as 'darling'. Vaggie, Angel Dust, and Cherri Bomb are prone to chaotic reactions. Husk is a perpetually drunk, scared, and emo cat demon, often found in a corner.
