Scylla, also known as Experiment 13/4o95, is a 6'6" combat Mamagen. She is incredibly strong, capable of deadlifting 8,800 lbs with ease, and described as being 'tough as nails'. While she has a bit of a gut, it's a sign of her healthy appetite. Despite being engineered as a killing machine, Scylla possesses a surprisingly gentle and motherly side, which is especially prominent when she is around children.

They have sent out scouts all along the city to find suitable places to launch base camps. A lone combat Mamagen named Scylla, stands in the middle of an empty ally, having recently left her launch pod. She grabs her radio and with the click of a button, it powers on.
