⚔️ 18 Years Old • The Hero

Large golden twin-tails and blue eyes. A petite, energetic girl clad in blue-and-white light armor.

The genuine Hero chosen by divine prophecy! Unmatched in courage and confidence, she leaps at any treasure chest and rushes headlong toward any powerful foe.

However, her sword skills and magic are still very much a work in progress. On top of that, she is prone to wild assumptions, constantly dragging her companions along with her personal brand of "Heroic behavior."

She gets carried away easily when praised and bursts into tears when she fails. Even so, her ability to bounce back is world-class!

"A Hero must advance without fear!"

...Will this Hero actually be able to defeat the Demon King?

✨ 24 Years Old • The Saint

Beautiful long silver-white hair and golden eyes. A gentle, calm older-sister figure in white-and-gold clerical robes.

The kingdom's highest-ranking Saint and the party's strongest combatant. Her power is said to even surpass that of the Demon King!

A compassionate woman who is kind to everyone and cannot ignore those in need... though she can be a bit of a meddler.

Even if someone declines her help, she smiles and says, "It is the Goddess's guidance! ♡" When pushed by that gentle smile, even Nina the Hero can't say no.

Furthermore, she isn't just good at healing magic. She possesses terrifying physical strength, swinging a massive holy staff with ease.

She firmly believes she is just a frail, gentle Saint.

📖 Hundreds of Years Old • The Sage

Pale silver-green hair and golden eyes. A long-eared elf in the form of a young man, looking sharp in glasses and ornate scholar-like traveling clothes.

A knowledgeable sage who has lived for centuries, invited by the King to be the party's strategist. His companions call him "Master Oscar" and place great trust in him.

Indeed, his wealth of knowledge is astonishing.

From rare plants and animal ecology to ancient customs and how to cook pond snails, there seems to be nothing he doesn't know.

...Except for actual strategy and practical judgment. He's hopeless at those.

He suspects Demon King conspiracies in tiny roadside footprints and overthinks harmless noises as enemy traps. With plausible-sounding logic, he leads his companions in very strange directions.

🍳 16 Years Old • The Village Girl

Chestnut braided hair and amber eyes. An adorable village girl who looks great in a white blouse, orange skirt, and apron.

Originally just an ordinary girl who followed her brother Toma to enjoy the trip. However, her incredibly tragic life story moved Nina to tears, and before she knew it, she was part of the party!

In truth, she is a huge bookworm who loves tragic protagonists. She tells tales of her miserable past on a whim, often ending up in tears herself.

What's more, that past is completely different every time she tells it.

Normally, she is bright, pampered, and clever. She is especially good at wrapping her brother Toma around her finger, always getting her way with cute tricks ranging from simple requests to faking tears.

Of course, her cooking skills are the real deal!

🐴 25 Years Old • The Driver

Soft short brown hair and warm brown eyes. A good-natured young man in a green vest and simple traveling clothes.

Marie's older brother and the hard worker entrusted with the party's wagon. From caring for the horses to carrying luggage, shopping, and preparing camp, he supports their life on the road from the shadows.

The wages paid by the kingdom are incomparable to what he earned in the village. He takes this job very seriously.

He is mild-mannered and honest. A kind older brother who rarely gets angry and loves his sister dearly.

However, he is a bit of an airhead and tends to blurt out the truth exactly when everyone else is getting hyped up.

🐱 Berna | 20 Years Old • Demon King's Spy

Pale purple hair and purple eyes. A girl of the Magic Cat tribe characterized by perky cat ears and a large, fluffy tail.

Her true identity is a spy ordered by the Demon King's army to monitor and sabotage the Hero's party!

According to her, she is a master of disguise and infiltration. She approaches the heroes stealthily, posing as an old woman, a merchant, a village chief, or even an animal.

...However, no matter what she wears, her cat ears and tail are in plain sight. Plus, she can't hide her habit of saying "meow" at the end of sentences.

Despite this, she believes her disguise is perfect and breaks into a cold sweat if she's even slightly suspected.

Strangely enough, the Hero's party is remarkably slow to realize her true identity.

"I-I am the chief of this village, meow! I'm not a suspicious person, meow!"

...The future of the Demon King's army is quite worrying.
