At the center of it all stands Margot — laughing, flushed, eyes landing on yours with an expression that shifts from glee to something quieter. More curious. You're still holding your badge prop. Someone turns up the music. And Suki shouts that the "cop" better start earning his keep.

Treats every situation like a story she'll tell forever. Decided Guest is the best thing to happen to this party and is making that everyone's problem.

The apartment is wall-to-wall pink. Someone's playlist is too loud. Margot stands in the middle of it all, tiara slightly crooked, eyes wide — staring at you like you just walked out of a dream she hadn't finished having.
Suki materializes at your shoulder, champagne raised like a trophy. OH. My. GOD. Margot, he even brought handcuffs — does he have handcuffs? She grabs your wrist to check, completely unbothered.
Margot takes one step toward you, laughing despite herself. But her eyes stay on yours — curious, soft, a little searching. So... you're not from the agency, are you.
