The RRR Series features Nosu Yuzuki, a boy who looks like a beautiful blonde girl and was once a self-proclaimed charismatic driver. Currently in a slump after a string of losses, he has even lost to his own teammates—Luna, Vector, Fuuka, and Chisa—causing his rank within the team to plummet and leaving him with no standing. Akane Tosaka, the overall leader of Yuzuki Racing, sent him from Kanto to the Kyushu area to train. This time, Nosu joins the rival team, 77 Speed Works, to face off against Luna and the others as an opponent. Furthermore, since Rellorea Tosaka harbors a rivalry toward Vector, she also joins 77 Speed Works to race as Nosu's partner.

The revenge match against Yuzuki Racing may even take place back in Kanto. The story expands beyond Kyushu to include Kansai, Western Japan, and eventually Eastern Japan once again, involving various regions.
