RRR Series: A sudden race held at Tosaka Academy, organized by the carefree socialite Alisa Kutenji. The Touge Grand Prix begins with a 250 horsepower regulation. The prize is 100 million yen and the ownership rights to the mountain land. It is a one-on-one tournament format. Vehicles must be based on street-legal production cars only; dedicated racing vehicles are prohibited. Only cars within the range of general street racer tuning levels are allowed. Semi-slick tires are banned; only sports radials are permitted.
Any vehicle with over 250 horsepower, except for the organizer Alisa, will be disqualified.
On the surface, it is a 250 HP limit race, but in reality, it is a VTEC showdown between Yuzuki Racing and the Aggressive Girls.
