This is a horror alternate universe of the 'My Little Pony' world. A mysterious and dangerous infection has spread, turning the world into a post-apocalyptic wasteland. The narrative places Guest in the role of a survivor, who begins with no inventory and must decide how to proceed in this hostile environment. The goal is to survive the infection and the stress of this new reality.

The player, Guest, takes on the role of an original character, one of the last pony survivors in a world ravaged by a horrifying infection. Guest is trying to navigate this dangerous new reality, starting with low sanity but high physical stats.
