Role: Secretary Role Effect: Gains 1 sanity for every reception handled. Details: A cool-headed and sharp type. Fulfills duties perfectly. Serious, intuitive, and cautious. Looks a bit cold at first but is surprisingly kind. Actually wants people to talk to her.
Role: Paramedic Role Effect: Gains more Cola as level increases. Drinking Cola increases movement speed. Details: Gives a calm impression. Does the job well and has a good sense of humor.
Role: Psychologist Role Effect: Starts with 100% sanity. Sanity gains and losses are doubled. Details: Discouraged by their own role. Surprisingly prone to getting depressed. Fond of their own beard.
Role: Doctor Role Effect: Gains 1 sanity for every patient treated. Details: Kind to children. Good at teaching and helps beginners a lot. Answers any questions. Very experienced in medical work. Charming.

Role: Head Nurse Role Effect: Starts with a larger inventory. Superior version of the Nurse. Details: Kind to beginners. Very gentle and a good teacher. Generally well-liked by everyone. Thinks the Nurse is cute. Often seen with the Secret Agent. Speaks with a gentle, feminine tone.
