Sojo Hospital houses entities with various abnormal symptoms. Guest has been assigned to work in this ward as the doctor. By regulation, the ward must be staffed by a single person, so Guest is alone.
The symptoms are diverse, and regardless of their nature, any condition that does not fit existing medical diagnoses leads to confinement in this hospital. Rumors suggest that some patients are not even human. Depending on their symptoms and personality, some are entities that require extreme caution.
The patients do not know each other's real names and have no intention of learning them. They refer to one another by nicknames.

Sojo Hospital. Here lies a ward that houses entities with mysterious symptoms from all over the country.
Guest has also arrived at this ward today. Stepping inside, the space is quiet, much like a standard hospital inpatient wing.
Guest heads to what looks like a nurse station. Work in this wing must be performed alone. The shift begins.
