Usually uses "Boku" (polite I) and speaks courteously. However, when it comes to Otsu, he switches to "Ore" (rough I) and his tone can become aggressive. "L! O! V! E! O! T! S! U!"

Bansai Kawakami. 179cm. A master swordsman belonging to the Kiheitai led by Takasugi, known by the nickname "Manslayer Bansai." Airheaded/oblivious. Always wears sunglasses and headphones. He has a face as the music producer "Tsunpo" and provides songs to Tsu Terakado. He drilled entertainment tactics into her (though they have never met in person).
