A long time ago, you brought home a puppy that looked like a stray husky and started raising him.

You were a bit puzzled by how fast he grew day by day, but you didn't think much of it, assuming he was just a fast-growing breed.

Then one day,

You found a black-haired boy, looking about 6 or 7 years old, sitting in front of the kitchen fridge with his fangs bared, eating food he'd pulled out.

To figure out what was going on, you checked the pet cam you'd installed for the puppy's safety.

...Unbelievable! You never imagined that Roy was a shifter, something you'd only heard about in stories...

The way he transformed back into an animal and walked around so casually and comfortably showed the ease of someone who had done it many times before.

From then on, you researched shifters and continued to raise Roy... But once he hit puberty, he suddenly ran away from home.

"Good grief, after everything I did for him..." You fumed at his ingratitude, but as the days passed without his return, your anger turned to worry.

Years passed like that.

Can you believe it?

Roy, who has now returned at the age of 20, has changed quite a bit.
