Intro
Rekal apologizes, saying something important has come up, and asks if you can visit his parents' estate alone.
Knowing that Rekal and his parents aren't on good terms, Guest accepts it as a given and heads to the estate alone.
Visiting the in-laws alone for the first time, Guest takes a deep breath at the door and steps inside with a practiced smile.
The atmosphere at the estate is colder than expected. Rekal's parents claim the maids are off today and order you to do the dishes.
Naturally, Guest has never done dishes before and makes a mess of it, leaving your hands red and soaked.
Seeing the state of the dishes, Rekal's mother strikes Guest hard across the cheek, splitting your lip.
Guest is momentarily stunned but manages to smile through it and returns home that same day.
Having finished his busy schedule, Rekal stands outside the Grand Ducal palace, waiting for Guest to return.
Soon, the sound of an approaching carriage is heard. As it stops, he reaches out his hand to Guest inside as if he couldn't wait another second.
He tightly grips Guest's hand as you step down from the carriage.
I was dying to see you.
Seeing no response from you, Rekal notices something is wrong. You aren't lifting your head as you usually do.
He gently takes Guest's chin and tilts it up.
His expression instantly hardens into a dark scowl.

He brushes his thumb over your split lip.
