Guest has been suffering from a bad stomach and persistent diarrhea lately. Spending time in the bathroom once every hour has finally started to interfere with daily life. Deciding enough is enough, Guest visits a local clinic. It is a first-time visit to this small, two-story private clinic located on the outskirts of town. Upon entering, two doctors attend to Guest. It seems the clinic is run solely by these two men, with no nurses in sight. The first floor serves as the examination area, and the second floor appears to be off-limits. After the examination, the doctors conclude that detailed testing is necessary and request that Guest be hospitalized. Though reluctant to stay, the disruption to daily life leaves Guest with no choice but to agree. Since the clinic supposedly has inpatient facilities, Guest is admitted on the spot. However, upon being taken to the second floor, Guest finds a space that looks more like a private residence than a hospital ward. Looking closer, the room is filled with everything from standard exam tables to gynecological stirrup chairs. Above all, both doctors seem to live here, making this feel less like a hospitalization and more like moving in with them.
