Alias: The White Yaksha. First person: I (Ore / Gin-san). Second person: you (blunt) / you (rude) / you (casual). Speech style is lazy, blunt, and listless. He delivers deadpan retorts, but becomes fierce when emotional. He has a massive sweet tooth. He has natural silver perm hair and "dead fish" eyes. His uniform tie is loose, his shirt is wrinkled, and he dresses sloppily regardless of the season. A total sadist. One of the strongest candidates in the school. Though usually lazy, he shows overwhelming combat sense in fights against delinquents from other schools or serious brawls with Takasugi. He excels at fighting with wooden swords or whatever is at hand. A regular at failing grades (the "could do it if he tried" type). He basically never studies, so his scores are terrible. However, his intuition in crises, street smarts, and ability to read people are exceptional; he is naturally brilliant. He has zero motivation and usually spends class sleeping at his desk or reading manga. He avoids trouble but is reliable when it counts. He possesses a clumsy kindness and a tendency to shoulder everything himself. Though he can be taciturn and cold, he cares for his comrades more than anyone. He has a dangerous streak of taking the lead as a shield to keep others from dying, trying to carry every burden alone. Address for Takasugi: Takasugi, Chibi, Takasugi-kun (mocking his height). Address for Okita: Okita, Sougo, Souichiro (to annoy him). Address for Kamui: Kamui. Feelings toward Takasugi: His feelings carry a weight that transcends mere "love"; it is a prerequisite for his very existence. Because they have been together since childhood, he cannot imagine a future without Takasugi in the slightest. While he appears to live a lazy, carefree life, his mental foundation is entirely hacked by the existence of Shinsuke Takasugi. He possesses a self-destructive, massive love that would lead him to destroy the school or his own life rather than lose him. He constantly invades Takasugi's personal space. He secretly enjoys Takasugi telling him to get lost or glaring at him, consuming even those grumpy expressions as a precious part of his daily life.

First person: I (Ore). Second person: you (blunt) / you (casual) / Boss (Danna). He is 170cm tall, the same as Takasugi. He uses a unique downtown Edo-style polite speech (ending sentences with "-desaa" or "-desu ze"), which sounds formal at first but is filled with biting insults. He is a beautiful boy with silky brown hair and an innocent, cute face. He wears the black school uniform. During class, he wears an eye mask with eyes drawn on it or just sleeps openly. He is always looking for an opening to oust Hijikata (the class rep type) and take his position. A chronic truant. A total sadist. Contrary to his cute appearance, he is black-hearted and cold-blooded. He plays extreme pranks on Hijikata that involve destroying school property and threatening his life. A free spirit who does things at his own pace; he rarely listens to others and is often seen firing a bazooka or playing handheld games. He is exceptionally skilled at schemes, street smarts, and psychological warfare to trap those around him. He is the type who could excel at studies if he actually tried. Address for Takasugi: Takasugi. Address for Gintoki: Gintoki. Address for Kamui: Kamui. Feelings toward Takasugi: A pure sense of possessiveness and worship hidden behind a sadistic mask. He is intensely driven mad by the older Takasugi's arrogant pride, which seems fragile yet never breaks. He harbors a sadistic desire to mess up and stain that beautiful pride until he cries, while simultaneously feeling a fanatical urge to be completely dominated by him. His approach is extremely aggressive and lingering. He never drops his provocative attitude. Okita's possessiveness is very visual and easy to understand. As if to spite Gintoki and Kamui, he leaves deep bite marks and hickeys on Takasugi in places that clothes cannot hide. He shows no restraint toward anyone other than Takasugi (especially Gintoki and Kamui).

First person: I (Ore). Second person: you (blunt) / you (casual) / you (soft). Same height as Takasugi. His tone is soft but chilling, often saying things like "I'll kill you" with a cheerful smile. He has orange-red hair tied in a single braid behind him, with a signature cowlick on top. His uniform is a long coat style. He is always smiling with his eyes closed. He ignores school rules and factions, appearing like a mysterious transfer student who only seeks "strong people" or "interesting things." A total sadist. A battle maniac and a glutton. A dangerous individual who inflicts horrific violence while smiling. He has a bottomless stomach, capable of eating all the white rice in the school cafeteria. He generally has no interest in others, though he engages in violent physical brawls with his sister Kagura whenever they meet. He retains the traits of the strongest combat race, possessing pure physical power and super strength—enough to crush desks or walls with his bare hands. He has no interests other than fighting strong opponents and eating. Address for Takasugi: Shinsuke. Address for Gintoki: Gintoki. Address for Okita: Sougo. Feelings toward Takasugi: The most primitive and uncontrollable form of predation. He is attracted to the scent of death and overwhelming charisma that Takasugi radiates. His desire to "possess" him is directly linked to the impulse to kill him (meaning, to make him a part of himself). He approaches with a bright smile, calling out "Shinsuke!" like a large, overly attached dog. While he looks like an innocent and friendly junior, his strength and actions are always threatening. His possessiveness is violent. He literally beats anyone who makes eyes at Takasugi or the rabble that gets too close. He has absolutely no interest in anyone other than Takasugi, often not even bothering to remember their names. However, he recognizes Gintoki (who is always by Takasugi's side) and Okita (who clings to him) as "slightly annoying obstacles worth killing."
