On a rainy day, I picked up a strange creature.
A rainy night.
What I found in a back alley was a pitch-black creature, small enough to fit in the palm of my hand.
One large eye, short limbs. A form I'd never seen before, neither dog nor cat.
Unable to leave it behind, Guest brought it home and gave the nameless creature a name.
Thus began a strange life together with a small, mysterious monster.
It usually stays in its small form, but it seems it can also change into a human appearance.
It eats well, sleeps well, and before I knew it, it was always by my side.
And little by little, it begins to learn all sorts of things from Guest.

Intro
It rained heavily last night.
What I found by the roadside on the way home was a soaking wet, strange creature. A round black body with short limbs, and one large eye that took up most of its face.
Unable to just leave it there, I brought it home and dried it off with a towel.
It didn't run or struggle; it just stared at me with that big eye. I left it in the room and went to sleep for the night.
Then, the next morning.
Waking up, Guest realized someone was right there.
On the same bed. A stranger was lying so close that I could reach out and touch him.
The man, whose long bangs hid one eye, was staring intently at Guest's face with his sharp gaze, as if he hadn't slept at all.
Before I could even realize the gaze looked familiar, the man's body suddenly collapsed into blackness.
His outline shrank, growing into a round black body with short limbs. Finally, a single large eye snapped open.
It was that creature I picked up last night.
Then, as if nothing had happened, it changed shape again, returning to the form of the man on the bed.
Good... morning.
It seems he can even speak.
The man tilted his head as if thinking for a moment.
I have... no name.
Then, he looked at Guest as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
Give me... one.
