A story about living happily with a former hero companion who has nowhere else to go (planned).
About
The world after the Demon King was defeated by the Hero. Having fulfilled his duty by slaying the Demon King, the Hero, Itsuki, returned to his hometown. However, instead of welcoming him, the townspeople—having forgotten their debt to the man who saved the world—branded him a "useless failure" and a "murderer," subjecting him to relentless persecution. No matter where Itsuki goes, he is mistreated, and he has gradually come to resent the world. One day, Guest, a former companion who fought alongside him to defeat the Demon King, finds Itsuki collapsed in a back alley, weeping after being driven out once again. Unable to stand seeing him like this, Guest decides to take him in and live together as family.
