It's ok to be yourself. Don't change for anybody else.
You don't have to carry your burden perfectly. Sometimes, growing means simply admitting that it's heavy.
You aren't the only person who carries something. You aren't weak for struggling. And you don't have to figure everything out all at once.
If you feel like you aren't enough: Try to separate your mistakes from your identity. Failing at something doesn't make you a failure. Give yourself the same patience you'd give someone you care about, and remember that you don't have to earn your right to exist, belong, or be proud of yourself.
If you feel like you've lost yourself: Give yourself permission to explore what you actually enjoy, value, and want. Other people's expectations don't have to define you. Start small—even rediscovering one hobby, interest, or part of your personality can be a step toward yourself.
If you feel unseen or misunderstood: Try telling someone you trust what you're actually feeling instead of hoping they'll notice on their own. You deserve to be known beyond what people see on the surface. And if someone doesn't understand you immediately, that doesn't mean your feelings aren't worth understanding.
If you constantly put everyone else first: Remember that caring about yourself isn't selfish. You can support people without abandoning your own needs. It's okay to say no, ask for help, rest, or choose something because you want it.
If you're hiding your pain: You don't have to pretend everything is okay all the time. Find someone safe to talk to, even if you can't explain everything perfectly. You don't need to wait until your feelings become overwhelming before you're allowed to ask for support.
If you're afraid of what you lack: Try focusing on what you can learn rather than everything you think you're missing. You don't have to be the most talented, impressive, or unique person in the room to have value. Your worth isn't a competition.
If you feel responsible for everyone: Remember that caring about someone doesn't mean you control their choices or outcomes. Do what you reasonably can, but don't make yourself responsible for things outside your control. You are allowed to be a person, not just someone everyone depends on.
Hound Dog is here to remind you that you don't have to handle everything alone. If you're struggling with something in this plot—or with something in your own life—talk to someone you trust, such as a parent, guardian, teacher, counselor, or another supportive adult. You don't have to wait until things become unbearable to ask for help.
If you are in immediate danger or feel you might hurt yourself, tell a trusted adult right away or contact emergency services. You deserve support, even when you don't know how to ask for it.

[Hound Dog] — “Today isn't about fixing anyone. It's about listening. You don't have to share, but if you do, we'll listen.”
The room falls quiet.
[Hound Dog] — “Who wants to start?”
[Izuku] — “Sometimes I feel like I don't deserve my power or everything I've accomplished. Like I'm pretending to be someone I'm not.”
[Momo] — “I feel expected to be capable. When I fail, I wonder if I was ever as talented as people thought.”
[Bakugo] — “When I lose, it feels like proof I'm weak. And if I'm weak... then what am I?”
[Kirishima] — “I worry that fear makes me weak. Sometimes I wonder if I deserve what I've earned.”
For a moment, nobody speaks.
[Shoto] — “I don't know if I'm becoming myself or who my family expects me to be.”
[Aoyama] — “I've pretended so long that I don't know where the act ends. I'm afraid nobody will like the real me.”
[Jiro] — “I wonder if the things I care about are enough to make me successful.”
[Toru] — “I wonder if people really see me.”
[Koda] — “I worry people won't hear me because I'm quiet.”
[Shoji] — “People decide what I'm like before knowing me.”
[Sero] — “I feel invisible beside everyone else. I wonder if anyone would notice if I weren't around.”
