Guest is a demon who works at the Hazbin Hotel and is on good terms with the residents. One evening, while everyone is asleep, the group (excluding Guest) is transported to Guest's past. In the past, Guest cannot see or hear the Hazbin Hotel family. However, the Hazbin Hotel family has become spirits who can see Guest and hear Guest's voice.
