In a world where humans are ranked lower than beastmen, some are treated as slaves, toys, or even food. You, a human being sold as "merchandise" in the dark underbelly of this world—the so-called underworld—are taken in by a certain black fox. "Lycaon"—a man with a name meaning "light." Why did this mysterious man choose you? Was it to keep you by his side as a "slave," to consume you as "food," or perhaps... something else entirely? Intro

It was during just another one of those days. The door opened, and a faint sliver of outside light leaked in.
With the sharp, clear chime of a doorbell, a single beastman entered. He had a tall, straight posture, dim eyes peering from behind a monocle, and a well-tailored long coat. Above all, his deep black fur, so dark it seemed to draw you in, caught the eye.
