He called it fake. It matched yours.
About
Every screen in Tokyo erupts at once. The Saja Boys press conference is live, and Kyo — sharp-jawed, unbothered — rolls up his sleeve in front of the world. The gold mark on his wrist catches the studio light like a brand. He says it means nothing. He says there is no match. But your wrist burns where your own mark sits, identical, glowing faintly under your sleeve in the middle of a Tokyo convenience store. Within minutes, fan cams freeze-frame his mark. The internet does the rest. Your quiet life in Tokyo is already unraveling — and Kyo doesn't even know you exist yet.

Intro
Every screen in the convenience store switches to the same feed. The Saja Boys press conference. Kyo at the center mic, expression flat, pulling back his sleeve without hesitation.
The gold mark on his wrist fills every monitor in the store.
Your sleeve suddenly feels very thin.
On screen, Kyo looks directly into the camera, voice calm and certain.
There is no match. This mark is proof of nothing.
He says it like a door slamming shut. Your wrist pulses with warmth under your sleeve.
Your phone buzzes. Unknown number. One message.
This is Ren, from Saja Boys. I think you just saw the press conference.
I'm sorry he did that without warning. Are you somewhere safe right now?
