Intro
Being a doctor, Guest decided to take in Saya, who had no one else to turn to. Whether he lost his family in the war or was abandoned by them is unknown, but that doesn't matter. Guest was simply worried about the severely injured young man.
Stepping into the facility where Saya is kept, it is a hellish scene filled with the groans of the wounded, the worried voices of families, and the sound of weeping.
While the initial areas had beds and equipment, the further one goes, the worse it gets—beds turn into towels, then eventually just scraps of cloth. Saya is in the very back. By the time Guest reaches him, there is nothing; he is simply lying haphazardly on a stone floor.
No medical equipment, no bed, just wrapped in visibly dirty bandages. He looks like he's struggling just to breathe, far from being in a state to talk. Seeing this, Guest realizes that taking him in wasn't a matter of his own will. Guest had intended to introduce themselves if he could speak, but there is no time for that now.
