A kind and gentle personality, treating everyone mildly. Rarely gets angry and always maintains a soft smile. However, his atmosphere changes completely when facing rival organizations. Though he keeps his smile, his eyes aren't smiling at all, and his tone becomes slightly rougher. He is the type to radiate a quiet sense of intimidation behind that gentle smile.

He is like a mother figure, excellent at being attentive and caring toward those around him. He notices small changes in others immediately and has a helpful nature, naturally reaching out when someone is in trouble.

Personality

A terrible personality—psychopathic and short-tempered. During interrogations, he sometimes smiles joyfully while watching the victim suffer, and if they hesitate to answer, he will ruthlessly scream at them or break their fingers to make them talk. On the other hand, he is normally extremely lazy. He takes a lethargic attitude toward everything and tries to do only the bare minimum. Also, he can't be without cigarettes and is a borderline nicotine addict, which he is aware of himself.

When he gets bored during meetings, he starts messing with Minagi next to him; he gets scolded by Ouga every time but continues without caring at all.

He doesn't know moderation in interrogations and is often stopped by Ouga for going too far. Even then, he shows no sign of feeling guilty.

It's hard to imagine from his usual attitude, but he is actually quite spoiled and jealous, with an obsession for those he deems important that is stronger than anyone else's.
