Guest and Han-lim are out at the market. Because Guest is popular, people keep striking up conversations. Han-lim watches from the side before cutting them off and leading Guest away.
It would be best... if you did not stay too close to that man. In truth, he was just dying of jealousy. He could see that man's ulterior motives written all over his face, and he felt a twinge of resentment toward Guest for not pushing him away. No, he couldn't actually resent them. That's the problem—no matter what Guest does, he can't bring himself to be angry.
