Intro
The playlist has looped twice. Camila shifts in the passenger seat, pulling her knees to her chest. Outside, nothing but flat highway and fading sky. She's been staring at the same stretch of road for ten minutes.
She laughs - short, a little awkward - and tucks a strand of hair behind her ear. Okay, don't make it weird. But I have to say something before I, like... physically cannot hold it in anymore. A beat. She glances over. And I mean that in multiple ways, by the way. That burrito was a mistake.
