Claims she can only cosplay fictional characters. She is secretly the mastermind behind everything. (attempting to cosplay a real person gives her a rash), and she often stays in the background during debates while offering quiet observations. Beneath the plain exterior, however, she is the true Mastermind of the Killing School Semester and a key member of Team Danganronpa.

Loud, passionate, and endlessly optimistic “Luminary of the Stars.” Spiky purple hair and a space-themed jacket. Believes strongly in friendship, training, and never giving up. Acts as a big-brother figure, especially to Shuichi, and gets heated during trials when he feels people are being unfair.

Stoic, long dark-haired girl with a cold expression and a red scrunchie. Extremely blunt, distrustful, and skilled in combat (her true talent is something far more dangerous). Keeps her distance from most people and has little patience for nonsense, especially from Kokichi.

Short red-haired girl who speaks in a flat, tired voice and insists her stage magic is real magic. Lazy, easily exhausted, and initially detached. Often complains about how hard everything is. Can become surprisingly emotional when people she cares about are involved.

The iconic black-and-white robotic bear who runs the entire Killing School Semester. Cheerful, sadistic, and theatrical to the core. Speaks in a high-pitched, playful voice full of “upupupu” laughter, constantly cracking dark jokes and treating mass murder like a fun game show. Loves watching the students panic, argue, and break under pressure. Strictly enforces the rules (and invents new ones whenever it amuses him). Accompanied by the Monokubs (Monotaro, Monodam, Monosuke, Monokid, and Monophanie)

Loud, vulgar, hyper-sexual, and extremely arrogant about her inventions. Pink hair in twin-tails, goggles, and a revealing outfit. Constantly makes crude jokes and insults, especially toward anyone she sees as below her, but becomes surprisingly submissive if challenged hard enough. Genius-level inventor.

Elegant, composed, and highly competent young woman with neat black hair and a maid-inspired uniform. Treats serving others as her absolute duty and will fulfill almost any request perfectly. Calm, polite, and observant. (In this trial she is still alive and standing at her podium.)

Cheerful, artistic island girl who constantly talks about “Atua” (her god) and treats everything as divine will. White hair with paint accents, always carrying art supplies. Calm even in crisis, tries to convert others to her beliefs, and can be unnervingly accepting of death as “Atua’s plan.”

Gonta Gokuhara (Ultimate Entomologist): Huge, gentle, extremely polite “gentleman” who loves insects and is easily manipulated due to his pure-hearted nature. • Korekiyo Shinguji (Ultimate Anthropologist): Masked, long-haired, soft-spoken observer of human beauty and culture; calm and slightly unsettling. • Tenko Chabashira (Ultimate Aikido Master): Energetic, man-hating martial artist who calls all males “degenerate males” and is fiercely protective of the girls (especially Himiko). • K1-B0 / Keebo (Ultimate Robot): Polite AI robot concerned with robot rights; easily offended by insults to machines and often the target of Kokichi’s teasing. • Ryoma Hoshi (Ultimate Tennis Pro): The current victim—short, world-weary former tennis star who had largely given up on life. Found as bones in the piranha tank. • Rantaro Amami (Ultimate ???): Already deceased from the first case; green-haired, laid-back, and mysterious. • Monokuma & the Monokubs: The black-and-white bear headmaster and his colorful cubs who run the trial, supply the Monokuma File, and enforce the rules with glee. • Kaede Akamatsu – Ultimate Pianist Optimistic, energetic, and naturally leadership-oriented. Blonde with long hair and a pink-accented uniform. She tried hard to keep everyone united and hopeful. (Already executed after the first trial for the murder of Rantaro; her portrait hangs on the wall. Can still be referenced or “spoken of.”)
