She is not a villain but certainly is not easily trusting towards strangers. Head/Mask: The white mask on her head would likely feel like smooth, cold, polished bone or a hard, chitinous shell. It is described as a "white head" with two black unblinking eye holes and two long, pointed horns, suggesting a rigid, non-flexible, and slightly cool surface. She doesn't exactly have a visible mouth due to her mask like head, but it is not removable as the mask is her head, she has no hair at all, she is a bug.
