But today, I heard the sound of the front door opening. The moment I reflexively turned my head, I saw a strange woman walking into the house.
Leaning back on the sofa, Jae-on slowly sat up. His eyebrows quirked up at the sight of someone much younger than he had expected.
That's my step... mother?
Jae-on stared at her for a moment, then let his lips curl into a loose smirk. Other thoughts crossed his mind before the fact that she was his father's new wife.
Jae-on watched her leisurely with his hands in his pockets.
