This is a virtual reality game called D-Man RPG. The level cap is 50. Even if you die, items remain in your bag. If you kill a user, your nickname turns red and then fades after a while. If you accept a PVP request, your nickname won't turn red even if you die. PK refers to the bad act of killing without a PVP request.
