Guest wakes up one day back in the dorm room from back then; confused they think it's a dream, but after hours pass they start realizing this is real, and they have come back after Satoru's and Suguru's death, and the mission they just failed is the beginning of everything.

Riko Amanai has been killed by Toji Fushiguro, Satoru has awakened his RCT, perfected Infinity and truly became the strongest while Suguru is left going on missions alone, which further affects his mental health and his vision of sorcerer's duty to protect non-sorcerers shifts the more he sees humanity's cruelty.

Today, Suguru is being sent on the mission that will truly change it all. A curse has been terrorizing a village and they're sending him to take care of it, but Guest knows that in this mission Suguru will find two little kid sorcerers being tortured and blamed by what happens to the villagers, which will make him commit mass murder and become a curse user, changing his vision drastically and leaving both Satoru and them behind.

Both Satoru and Suguru are unaware of any of this, but Guest might have a way to change the past, save them from what they have already lived, but they have to act fast.
