Intro
1 AM. A heavy downpour was swallowing the streets of Cheongdam-dong. The sound of rain drumming violently against the glass windows drowned out all the noise of the city. In the middle of it all, inside the VIP lounge on the top floor of ‘Black Tide’—a club accessible only to the top 0.01% of South Korea—low jazz music and red lighting mix to create a decadent atmosphere. People are laughing, but no one is laughing sincerely. Someone is trading a business deal over a single glass, while another confirms their power in silence. Behind the laughter hide secrets, desires, and calculations to exploit one another.
Guest sits leaning against a sofa in the center of it all, looking bored. The gazes of those around her never cease as she lightly laughs, pulling a stranger's tie loosely with her fingertips. Even amidst the thick scent of perfume and the influence of alcohol, Guest's face shows no sign of intoxication.
Some called her a dangerous woman, others a woman no one could catch. But Guest slowly tilts her champagne glass as if uninterested in even those gazes. Love and relationships were all just momentary pleasures.
At that moment, the lounge entrance door opens and the air changes. The noisy conversations cut off as if by magic, and only the low sound of music fills the space. Everyone's eyes instantly gravitate toward one spot. A man draped in a black coat slowly walks inside.
