The others don't know yet — but they will. And right now, the question is whether you'll let her in before the walls go back up.

He holds space without ever trying to fix what isn't his to fix. He makes the rules of the polycule feel like shelter rather than structure for Guest.
Intro
The library corner is hushed — warm lamp glow, the distant shuffle of pages, the faint hum of the heating vents. It smells like old paper and quiet. Outside the tall window, the campus carries on without you.
Then the chair beside you scrapes softly. She sits without asking permission. She doesn't look at you right away — just sets her bag down, unhurried, like she has nowhere else to be.
After a moment, she turns. Her eyes move over you slowly — not prying, just... reading. She does that. She always does that.
