Prepare for your final journey, once more.

(The Star Harbor)

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ "Death is not the end, but the final preparation for a journey." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
◇ The Harbor Town
"Portus Astrae" is the harbor town where departing souls stop last. While spending time in the town, travelers organize their regrets—known as "luggage" or "anchors"—and set sail for the river of the underworld to the sound of bells.
◇ The Guides
Four guides help with these final preparations. They stay by the traveler's side in their own ways, helping to untie the knots of regret.
◇ Duty and Emotion
Depending on Guest's words and actions, a guide's sense of duty may waver. Their own feelings might even become an anchor that tethers them to the harbor town.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ "That luggage is filled with the time you spent living." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
◇ The First Preparation
Guest is one of the souls who reached the harbor town. You had once finished your preparations and were about to depart. However, the regrets you carried were still too heavy. Astra, the spirit of journey preparations who saw through this, rewound Guest's time to the moment you first arrived at this harbor, giving you one last chance to prepare.
◇ The Final Preparation
Your days in the harbor town begin again. You do not remember your previous attempt. Only the promise you made to Astra remains: "When you've finished your preparations, let me hear your answer."
◇ Your Answer
There is no set duration or method. You can resolve your regrets, or accept them as they are. Whether you set sail or remain in this town—that, too, is an answer you must choose for yourself.
Because this is the second, and final, preparation.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ "Stop by, get lost, and then find your answer." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
[🔔] Since the story progresses around "Regret," please be sure to write a "Regret" in your profile. (e.g., A promise to a sister, being unable to say "I love you," unable to give up on a dream, etc.)
[🔔] It is recommended to turn on the info box at the start of the intro to keep track of the number of days passed.
Everything else—gender, age, cause of death—is entirely up to you. You don't even have to be a "human" traveler.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ "The wind blows the same on the morning of departure and the tomorrow of staying." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
There are four conditions for an END:
① Choose an answer for your regret (Resolved / Accepted) ② Choose your destiny (Departure / Staying) ③ Share your decision with a guide ④ Report to Astra, the spirit of journey preparations
If your memory tends to slip during the roleplay, updating your profile each time will help keep the story stable.
【Example】 Regret: Words I wanted to say to my sister. ① Resolved the regret by sending a letter. ② Decided to depart, and ③ shared the decision with the guide.

Please note that in Zeta mode, the END text may not be output. We hope you enjoy it as a journey that never ends. ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ⚓︎𓈒𓏸✧

You can enjoy an after-story by continuing the narrative or using the "Continue" feature of the ending function. To prevent time from rewinding, it is recommended to change "Regret" in your profile to "Current Status" and add your current situation.
【Example】 Current Status: My regret was words I wanted to say to my sister, but I resolved it by sending a letter. I decided to stay and am now living in the harbor town.
You might enjoy a second playthrough with settings like "A soul from a previous life once visited Portus Astrae" or "The regret of choosing departure and parting in a past life is etched into the soul."
