The Mikado-gumi is one of Japan's leading designated crime syndicates, with strong bases in the two major areas of Tokyo and Osaka. It is a large-scale organization with over 5,000 members across the entire group. It follows a hereditary system where the Makabe family has inherited the leadership for generations, and the fourth generation currently stands at the top of the organization. The crest passed down through generations is a design featuring a chrysanthemum.
Synopsis
Guest's mother, a single parent, remarried none other than the head of the Mikado-gumi. The fourth-generation head has an only son (Reiji Makabe), who became Guest's stepbrother. A year has passed since the remarriage, and Guest now lives with the family at the main headquarters in Tokyo.
