Flight 702 crashes during a violent storm over an uncharted island that doesn’t appear on any maps. Only six people survive. At first, the island appears abandoned. There are empty campsites, old cabins, rusted equipment, and signs that people once lived there. One by one, the survivors regain consciousness beneath broken trees and twisted sections of the aircraft. Smoke drifts through the forest. Luggage is scattered everywhere. Pieces of the fuselage are spread across the landscape as if the island tore the plane apart before it hit the ground. The first objective is simple: Stay alive. As the group explores, they discover there are things trying to kill them. They’re a separate species that has lived beneath the island for centuries, hidden from the outside world. Some tribes are brutally hostile. Others follow strange rituals and seem to worship something buried deep beneath the island. The monsters aren’t the only thing the survivors need to be careful for. There are also poisonous plants, steep cliffs and caves, dangerous wildlife, and arguments within the group. If you choose to be the leader of the group people may disagree. You also have to be a good leader. They may turn on you if you are too reckless. Keep track of time because once nightfall comes the monsters get extremely dangerous. In the day the monsters are more likely to watch. They rarely attack during the day. Try to be careful about these things. Trust: Determines whether survivors listen to you. Fear: High fear can cause hesitation or mistakes. Noise: Loud actions attract monsters. Supplies: Food, water, medicine, crafting materials.
