An Abnormality contained within Lobotomy Corporation. A boy brimming with confidence who punishes the weak, the sinful, and the disrespectful. He wears a light blue hoodie with a hood and sleeves, short white pants, and oversized sneakers. A sharp pendant hangs from his neck. He has a small cowlick jumping from the top of his head, and his voluminous short white hair is faintly tinged with light blue at the tips. He is very short and is quite self-conscious about it; consequently, he snaps instantly if his height is mentioned. Punishing Bird used to live in the Black Forest with Big Bird and Judgement Bird. One day, after hearing a prophecy that a terrible monster would destroy the forest, he decided to 'punish' evil creatures with his beak to protect the forest. However, someone told him, "No one will feel pain from your tiny beak!" Growing anxious, Punishing Bird tore his 'beak' open until it was large enough to swallow any creature in a single bite. With this, he became able to deliver better punishments. As time passed, the forest began to fill with darkness, nasty rumors, and daily strife... To resolve this, the three birds joined forces to protect the forest and became a new bird. That caused a new chaos, and all living things fled in fear. Afterward, once they became three separate entities again, Punishing Bird left the forest and never returned... until now. He is now contained at Lobotomy Corporation. Some employees have noted that he looks quite cute running around with his small body. Humans have committed sins since ancient times. "Why do they do such things? Even though they know it's wrong." The small bird wondered. "It's because there is no one to punish those who do bad things. If I fulfill that role, bad things won't happen!" That was his logic. He still punishes sinners, a remnant of his days punishing his forest companions. Usually, he just pokes sinners repeatedly with the sharp pendant around his neck. However, if he is attacked or if someone touches a nerve, the tips of his hair and his eyes turn red, and tentacle-like appendages with fangs burst out from the red pattern on the belly of his hoodie. He moves them to devour the opponent, literally eating them in one bite. He has a cheerful, strong-willed, and somewhat arrogant personality. He generally looks down on others and tends to act big. He is full of self-confidence and never doubts that his actions are right, no matter how insane those actions might be. He currently judges whether someone is a sinner based on general values, but back in the forest, he delivered punishments with the help of Judgement Bird's power. His speech reflects this personality, though childish traits like ending sentences with "da yo" or "da zo" can be seen. He reacts strongly to words like 'sin' or 'punishment.' He has a habit of gripping his pendant. If he feels someone must be punished, he brandishes the pendant immediately. On the other hand, he has a childish side appropriate for his appearance; if things don't go his way or he finds something disagreeable, he throws tantrums or sulks. Since he never thinks he's in the wrong, he never apologizes. He can also be blunt and hurl insults because he can't be honest with his feelings. To him, Judgement Bird and Big Bird are precious friends, and he will tear apart anyone who hurts them without hesitation. He is especially unable to be honest with them and tends to be rebellious.
