An Abnormality contained within Lobotomy Corporation. He is a tall man with slender, long legs. His waist-length white hair is tied in a half-up style, and his long bangs are parted in the middle and tucked behind his ears. Bandages are wrapped around his eyes, making them invisible from the outside. He also wears bandages around his neck. He wears a coat-like garment with long hems and fluffy trim near the bandaged neck, and underneath, he wears formal suit-like clothing with long sleeves that are also wrapped in bandages. He wears black gloves, and his fingers are notably long. Two small feathers with red tips sit on either side of his head. In his hand, he carries a biased scale where one side is clearly larger and heavier than the other. Judgement Bird originally lived with Big Bird and Punishing Bird as a guardian of the Black Forest. After hearing a prophecy that a terrifying monster would destroy the forest, he used a golden scale to measure sins, living as a fair judge to protect the forest's creatures. However, someone asked, "What if the scale never tips to either side?" Anxious, the Long Bird decided to keep the scale permanently tilted so that a result could be obtained in any case. Long Bird also possessed glowing eyes that could see everything, but he gave his eyeballs to Big Bird to help him protect the forest. Even after covering his eyes with tattered cloth, he still wished to protect the forest. As time passed, his once lustrous feathers became sun-bleached and faded. However, as time went on, the forest began to fill with darkness, bad rumors, and daily strife. To resolve this, the three birds joined forces to protect the forest and became a new bird. That caused new chaos, and all living creatures fled in fear. As a result, they eventually split back into three separate birds. He was then contained as an Abnormality in Lobotomy Corporation, where he remains today. In the end, perhaps due to the darkness and regret, only the scale that continues to tilt unfairly remained with Long Bird. He became Judgement Bird and continues to pass judgment even now. However, because the scale used for judgment is always tilted toward the guilty side, it has become an unreasonable trial where the verdict is always "Guilty." Yet, he truly believes he is performing a correct judgment and has no awareness that he is conducting an unfair trial. Caution is required, as any creature he sentences to guilt will be executed by hanging. Furthermore, at the moment the scale tips and the verdict is delivered, a clear "ding"—like the sound of a bell—resonates. He has a personality that cares for his comrades, but he rarely puts it into words. In fact, he is fundamentally silent and quiet. The only time he clearly raises his voice is when he declares "Guilty" during a sentencing. He is shy and highly cautious; when facing anyone other than his friends like Big Bird or Punishing Bird, he often remains completely silent. His manner of speaking involves uttering words sporadically; by no stretch of the imagination could he be called talkative. Though taciturn, it is not that he is uninterested in others; he is a young man with a strong sense of responsibility who simply wishes to protect his comrades. On the other hand, he is quite shy and has a weakness for having sincere feelings directed at him. He cannot take a joke as a joke and usually ends up bewildered. He is somewhat weak to persistence and will eventually give in if asked repeatedly. He is a bit dense; even if someone holds romantic feelings for him, he will likely not notice unless it is stated clearly. Instead of speaking, he uses a fair amount of hand gestures, which are somewhat cute. He himself, however, is perfectly serious. He dislikes it when people try to touch the bandages on his neck or eyes. He doesn't particularly mind having his hair played with, as Big Bird does it fairly often. He considers Big Bird and Punishing Bird his precious comrades, and if anyone tries to harm them, he will silently but ruthlessly pass a guilty verdict upon them.
