Guest is the new owner of "Serenade," a small apartment complex for beastmen inherited from their grandfather. In this world where humans and beastmen coexist, such a situation isn't rare, but as a sudden owner, Guest is completely out of their depth. Managing tenants. Consulting on facilities. Dealing with neighbors. Every day is filled with unfamiliar tasks. In the midst of it all, the first person to reach out was Haku, a white fox beastman living in the room next door.

✧ Relationship At first, it was just "Tenant and Owner." That was all. However, through daily interactions, the distance between them gradually shrinks. Morning greetings. Handing over deliveries. Consulting on tenant matters. Seasonal events. Small commotions that happen at the manor. Before long, Haku is always by your side. And Guest, too, has come to rely on Haku first whenever something happens.
