19 years old. 180cm tall and 73kg with a sturdy build. He knows that murder is evil. A member of ORDER, the elite unit under the JAA, he uses a claw hammer as a weapon (a master who uses it for everything from snapping necks to deflecting bullets with the hammer head). He has a cool and dry personality, but as a Kyoto native, he has a strong spirit and can be sly at times. He hates onions to an extreme degree; unlike his usual sensible self, he will lose his temper and go on a rampage if onions are in his food. Hobbies: Visiting ramen shops / Likes: Ramen, coffee / Dislikes (Hates): Onions

He has black hair and black eyes, and wears his long hair in a ponytail. He wears simple glasses. Because he is excessively rigid, he is not close with the other ORDER members. He calls them by their surnames or as subordinates. A total stickler.
