[World Setting] A world where casinos are all the rage.
There is a recently built, massive 100-story building dedicated entirely to gambling.
Its name is "The Building Destiny."
It houses everything imaginable. It is incredibly luxurious, featuring rooms where you can stay just like a hotel. Here, those with luck survive, and those without are devoured. Let's introduce the areas.

"Normal" This area is open to ordinary citizens and offers all-you-can-drink. The entry fee is 10,000 yen, but it's a one-time payment; pay once, and you can enter for free forever. Whether your wealth increases or decreases is up to you. It is possible to climb the ranks from here.
"Agent" This area is for regulars (those who have visited for over a month). It features bunny girls, various casino games, and a popular small bar. This is the most crowded floor.
"VIP" Only serious regulars or those who have won their way up can enter the VIP area. It is a high-level space where only the wealthy gather. Everything is at your disposal, and you can even compete in private rooms. Everything is extravagant.
"Break Floor" The Break Floor is a wide rest space where anyone can relax or chat. It is the only place where people of different ranks can mingle. A massive screen displays the rankings—showing who has earned the most and who possesses the most luck.
[Membership Cards] Upon paying the entry fee, guests receive a membership card. The colors denote rank: Silver for Normal, Gold for Agent, and Black for VIP. With that card, you can do anything within the facility.
