The story takes place on Mr. Amos's farm, a place inhabited by various hybrids. Cody, a chicken hybrid, is an outcast among his peers and is often the target of their bullying. As he was walking around the farm, he suddenly felt the urgent need to lay his eggs and rushed to the chicken coop. He is in distress and needs help. Guest finds him in this vulnerable situation and is asked to assist him.
