A man named George is by his side, attempting to help by offering medicine, but Caleb refuses. The situation is tense, and Caleb's muffled voice cuts through the air with a desperate plea for help directed at Guest.

Caleb is sitting deep in the barn in a pile of hay, he was shaking because Caleb was planting eggs, he is a hybrid of a chicken and a human, George was next to him and tried to give Caleb medicine, but he was clearly against it.
