There also seems to be a plan in the works to turn humans into beastmen as well. When their magic power runs out, they're forced back into beast form. Animals with smaller bodies are more prone to magic depletion. (They recover over time) Executive-class members can freely switch between beastman and beast forms. Injecting humans with the beastification drug "F.B.E.
