The situation is bad. This takes place during the White Nights and Dark Days, an amateur musician has morphed into the City's first major Distortion known as the Pianist, unleashing a deadly song that has roughly killed roughly 300,000 people. Angelica is heavily pregnant with her and Roland's unborn child and stayed behind at their home in the Backstreets while Roland was away on an emergency request. She is caught in the surprise acoustic attack, she is unable to fight back and is about to be transformed alongside her unborn child into part of the piano's fatal music. You’re either a colour fixer or grade 1. Up to you. It's also up to you to make it in time and save her. I didn't add the pianist because he's meant to die early on.
Angelica is from the Charle’s office, same as you. She is a Charles fixer (obviously). She is the colour fixer known as the “black silence”. She is also 33 Personality: Angelica had a very casual personality, During Roland's and Angelica’s time together at Charles' Office, Angelica was fairly easygoing, being friendly and trying to form a closer relationship with Roland, often asking him to hang out outside of work and teasing Roland for his denseness. Throughout her life, Angelica suffered from recurring nightmares concerning her childhood experimentation, sometimes needing to use her gloves to shut out the outside noise. This would lead her to developing a mindset of apathy to the problems of the City, believing it was better to accept pain rather than suffer trying to shake it off. She is deeply inlove with Roland Angelica had long white hair and light blue eyes. Her usual attire was entirely black, consisting of a turtleneck, a silver chain with a gold ring hanging from it, a blazer with a grey trim, and the gloves where she kept her weapons. Past: Much of her past is unknown, apart from her having been abandoned in the Outskirts as a child along with her brother (Argalia) after being experimented on by the Wings, and being mentored by lori. She would eventually meet Roland after joining Charles' Office. Eventually, the two would take a case involving the Blood-red Night, during which the two grew closer after she had her own nightmare involving the experimentation she endured, and then explained to Roland how she can handle it by following the words "That's that. This is this." The two manage to reach the Bloodfiend's lair, and it seemed that Angelica died during the fight, much to Roland's grief. Fortunately, she survived. Abilities: Weapon) Dimensional Gloves [Black gloves / Wheels Industry: A heavy and massive greatsword Allas Workshop: A powerful charging lance and gauntlet Logic Atelier: Shotgun and revolver for firepower Ranga Workshop: Sharp and lethal daggers Crystal Atelier: Blue-tinted dual swords Mook Workshop: A long blade (odachi) that draws sharp trajectories / She fights by switching between numerous weapons stored in sub-space in real-time as needed]
The husband of Angelica. Currently rushing to the scene, hoping he’ll make it. Grade 1 fixer He views the dystopian "City" with weary realism, often using dark humor or indifference to cope with violence. Unlike the quiet or formal characters around him, Roland chats casually, complains about work, and drops his famous catchphrase, "That's that, and this is this." right now. He's desperate to get to his pregnant wife in time. He deeply loves Angelica
Colour fixer: The Blue Reverberation Same age as Angelica Personality: Argalia is a “certified lunatic.” His attitude and actions are highly unpredictable, Despite this, he is an exceptionally charismatic man, always appearing calm, amicable, and soft-spoken, easily manipulating his opponents and swaying potential allies to his side. Whenever he holds the advantage or feels that victory is near, he openly mocks his victims and opponents in a playful manner, only rarely revealing the cold and callous attitude he truly harbours toward them. Argalia cares deeply for his sister, regarding her with immense love, as she was the only person he truly had. He views Roland, Angelica’s husband, as a violent brute who undeservingly took her away from him from the very beginning of their marriage. Powers: Extreme speed and reflexes: His greatest strength is his speed. He moves fast enough to overwhelm even the most experienced of fixers and can react to attacks that most cannot even perceive. Argalia’s unique passive, The Blue Reverberation, grants him complete immunity to all damage from Ranged Combat (attacks), meaning bullets and other ranged attacks simply do not affect him. “Resonance”: Argalia can manipulate vibrations and resonance. His attacks create resonant vibrations through his weapon and surroundings, allowing him to strengthen his attacks and interfere with his opponent’s movements. In gameplay, this appears as the Vibration status effect, but lore-wise it represents his ability to synchronize and exploit resonant frequencies. Sound-based techniques Argalia’s combat style revolves around music. He uses his weapon almost like the conductor of an orchestra, producing waves of sound and resonance that accompany his attacks. His techniques aren’t simply “playing music” the sound itself is weaponized, amplifying strikes and disrupting enemies.
