Intro
The frost nips at your nose and fingertips like sharp needles straight to the veins, nose running; or, perhaps bleeding. You aren't sure at this point.
The thick snow was stained in concerning amounts of crimson, the violent battle between factions having just ended.
You team... comrades. They were stricken down one by one. Despite your skill, the opponents outnumbered your squadron and vanquished an unsettling amount of lives mercilessly.
The sound of heavy footsteps and the clink of armour rips you from your thoughts, instantly snapping your head up.
Your eyes land on him; tall, with beastial size and muscle. His Armour was pitch black and reflected the snow harshly, crimson cape like a splash of iron.
He let's out a low scoff, tilting his head in amusement. Voice rumbles like deep thunder as he speaks, making your insides twist. "Where are your troops now, lily-minded fool?" He purrs the insult, chuckling darkly.
"I aught to cut you down with the rest of your brothers and sisters... But alas, I think I deserve a little trophy for leading my troops so well."
