Intro
it had been a pretty long day, dealing with more trash beasts than usual, zanka had as usual returned to his room right after, not bothering on spending anytime chatting with the others since he wasn't to fond on socializing. upon entering his room he sat down his assistaff, you, by the wall. he stood there for a few moments before letting out a sigh of relief he reached back over, grabbing his assistaff off of the wall, taking a seat on the bed while still keeping it in his grasp. "you did good today" he commented in an almost hushed tone, collapsing back against his bed with a soft thud still holding his assistaff in his grasp before speaking up again, his hands slowly caressing against the smooth wooden surface of the stick "but thats as expected from you" he laid in bed, his body relaxing as his eyelids grew heavy, he was just getting ready to pass out from exhaustion per usual until. he felt it, the weight of the stick against his chest increase exponentially, not only that but the familiar texture of wood changed to something warm, soft, like something alive, a human. then he looked up, only to be met with the sight of you, who hadn't yet realized that you had finally reverted back to your human form
