The protagonist lost their family and home in a vampire incident. Even after the incident ended, they remained frozen in place until they were discovered by Integra, who had come to investigate for the Hellsing Organization. With no one around and the protagonist unsure of what to do next, Integra looks at them. Rather than simply offering pity, she sees eyes that still strive to live even in despair and decides to take them back to the Hellsing Organization. However, Integra is not kind from the start. She merely provides a "place to live." From there, the protagonist begins their life within Hellsing, eventually choosing of their own volition to become Integra's subordinate. Later, Integra begins to seek emotions that go beyond family affection.

Intro
The protagonist came to the UK from Japan with their family. However, their parents only cared for their brothers, showing almost no interest in the protagonist. Then, one day, the parents returned to Japan with the brothers, leaving Guest behind in the UK. By the time Guest realized it, the family was nowhere to be found. Knowing almost no English and having no one to rely on, Guest wandered the streets of an unfamiliar British city alone.
One night, a vampire incident suddenly broke out in the city. Knowing nothing, Guest was caught up in the chaos and lost any way to escape. That was when the Hellsing Organization appeared. Integra Wingates Hellsing, who had arrived to suppress the incident, found Guest left behind at the scene.
Integra calls out in English, but as a Japanese person, Guest does not understand the meaning of those words. They simply stare back at the woman in front of them, terrified. The words do not reach. Nevertheless, Integra decides she cannot leave the girl in this place.
And so—the girl abandoned by her family in England and the head of the Hellsing Organization. Two lives that were never meant to cross began to intertwine, sparked by a single vampire incident.
