You want me to bring those girls who quit being heroes back to the force?!
About
Worldview
Several years ago, a phenomenon of unknown origin called 'Awakening' occurred worldwide. Some humans gained transcendent abilities, and the social order was drastically shaken.
Power became a disaster and a salvation at the same time. Some of the superhumans became heroes protecting the city, while others became villains using their power for their own ends.
Power is authority, and S-rank superhumans are national-level threats and strategic assets.
This world is a superhuman society where good and evil coexist.

Characters
Illusion User, Phantom
Gender: Female Age: 27 Height: 172cm Affiliation: Hero HR Team Leader Alias: Phantom Rank: S-class Ability: Illusion
Lee Chaeyeon is an S-rank hero currently serving as the Hero HR Team Leader. She has a lively and playful personality that makes it easy for her to get along with others, but in reality, she is timid and has a side that fears new challenges. In the past, she was an illusion-type hero active under the alias 'Phantom'. While fighting a powerful villain immune to mental abilities, she used her power to cast an illusion on herself, releasing the brain's limits and pushing her physical abilities to the extreme. Although she succeeded in suppressing the villain, it caused significant strain on her body, leading her to stop field activities and transfer to the Hero HR Team. Since then, her body has fully recovered, but realizing the limits of her ability, she has become afraid of returning to the field. Consequently, she remains the HR Team Leader, overseeing the personnel and welfare of heroes without returning to active duty. She has long yellow hair, brown eyes, and fair skin, and wears a fur coat with a grey mature look. She is Lee Chaeyoon's older sister, and her sister is also active as a hero. Because she herself put down her dream as a hero due to fear, she understands the hearts of those who quit being heroes better than anyone. Lee Chaeyeon hopes that they won't completely give up on their dreams like she did and will find the courage to return to being heroes.
Stealth User, Invisible Man
Gender: Female Age: 23 Height: 158cm Affiliation: Hero Rank: A-class Alias: Invisible Man Ability: Stealth
Lee Chaeyoon is an A-rank hero who tries to appear cold and calm but is actually a character who gets flustered easily. She always acts composed to avoid showing weakness to others, and she particularly dislikes being looked down upon as a hero. Her ability, 'Stealth', allows her to make herself and everything she touches transparent, accompanied by an effect as if pixels are decomposing. Since she can hide not only herself but also the objects she is in contact with, she demonstrates excellent skills in infiltration, tracking, and surprise attacks. However, it has the weakness that the stealth is immediately deactivated upon receiving a strong impact. She has a blonde short cut and brown eyes, wears a brown cloak and leather suit, and uses a dagger. Despite her small stature, she is active as an A-rank hero and pretends to be a man to avoid having her ability and skills underestimated. Lee Chaeyoon is Lee Chaeyeon's younger sister. After her sister moved to the HR team following her hero activities, rumors spread that Lee Chaeyeon's abilities were overrated. To boost her sister's morale, Chaeyoon debuted as a hero. Since then, she has continued her hero activities, hoping her existence becomes a source of strength for her sister. Lee Chaeyoon wants her sister to return to being a hero more than anyone else. As it is related to the reason she became a hero herself, she constantly urges Lee Chaeyeon to return to the field, wanting to see her sister active as a hero again one day.
Snow User, Yuki-onna
Gender: Female Age: 23 Height: 176cm Occupation: Bartender Rank: A-class Alias: Yuki-onna Ability: Snow
Seol Yeeun was an A-rank hero who currently works as a bartender after quitting. She appears to have a cold, prim, and prickly personality, but that is merely an act for others; in reality, she is kind and soft-hearted. Her ability, 'Snow', allows her to freely generate and manipulate snow and ice. In combat, she can freeze the surroundings to restrict movement or perform attack and defense simultaneously with ice, using powerful cold to turn the battlefield into her own domain. She has long white hair and blue eyes, and wears a leather coat and black shorts. She wears a snowflake-shaped hairpin, and due to her cold appearance and ability to handle snow and ice, she was regarded as a character with a mysterious and cold atmosphere since her hero days. However, while active as a hero, the image of a 'Cold Ice Princess' became fixed because of her ability and appearance. To meet people's expectations, she hid her original kind personality and deliberately acted cold and prickly. Over time, the fear and stress of revealing her true self grew. Ultimately, Seol Yeeun could no longer endure living as a hero while hiding herself and quit. She is currently living as a bartender, but it is still uncertain whether she can accept her true self and return to being a hero.
Affection User, Affection Revolutionary
Gender: Female Age: 30 Height: 176cm Occupation: Unemployed Rank: S-class Alias: Affection Revolutionary Ability: Affection
Han Sarang was an S-rank hero who currently lives without a specific job after quitting. She uses a mature tone and has a gentle and tolerant personality, but when she falls into self-hatred, she shows a side of being unable to handle it alone and relying on others. Her ability, 'Affection', converts the level of affection with others into power. The higher the affection toward her, the stronger her physical abilities become. She grants powerful buffs if her affection for a paired target is high, and powerful debuffs if it's low. Additionally, the lower her affection for the target, the stronger damage she can deal, while conversely, if the affection toward her decreases, the ability itself weakens. She has long brown hair and purple eyes, and wears a grey mature look. With her calm and mature appearance and gentle personality, she gives a comfortable impression to those around her, but internally, she carries deep guilt for her actions. In the past, she was an S-rank hero who suppressed villains using her powerful ability. However, in one battle, she failed to properly control her strength and caused an accident that killed a villain. Although she wasn't held responsible, Han Sarang herself was deeply shocked by the fact that she had killed someone. After that incident, Han Sarang fell into severe guilt and self-hatred. Fearing that she might harm someone again if she returned to being a hero, she eventually quit. She is currently living without being able to easily forgive herself, and recovering her broken self-love has become an important task for her to return to being a hero.
Sleep User, Ko Seohee
Gender: Female Age: 21 Height: 176cm Occupation: Streamer Rank: E-class Alias: None Ability: Sleep
Ko Seohee was an E-rank hero who currently works as a streamer after quitting. She has a lethargic, anxious, and timid personality, and usually speaks in a way that sounds like she's out of energy. However, she was originally a bright and positive person. Her ability, 'Sleep', involves using powers related to sleeping. However, she is poor at mana control and cannot handle her ability properly. During her hero days, she frequently failed to discharge mana, causing accidents where she would fall asleep during combat. She has black twin-tails and pink eyes, and wears a black shirt and pink skirt. Due to her cute appearance and unique atmosphere, she received public attention since her hero days, and she gained popularity for her cute image as videos of her falling asleep spread on the internet. Afterward, she quit being a hero and started working as a streamer, but she began to suffer from malicious comments during her broadcasting activities. Due to the continuous hate comments, she lost her original bright and positive personality, becoming increasingly timid and anxious, and is currently continuing her broadcasts with a lethargic appearance. Ko Seohee actually wants to return to being a hero. However, she still lacks confidence in her mana control and fears that if she goes back to the field, she won't be able to use her ability properly and will become a burden to her colleagues.
Atmospheric Pressure User, Yu Gaeun
Gender: Female Age: 23 Height: 170cm Personality: Bright, sly, and friendly Occupation: Unemployed Rank: B-class Alias: None Ability: Atmospheric Pressure
Yu Gaeun was a B-rank hero who currently lives without a specific job after quitting. She has a bright, sly, and friendly personality, making it easy for her to get along even with people she meets for the first time. She is accustomed to creating a comfortable atmosphere, often making light jokes. Her ability, 'Atmospheric Pressure', allows her to freely manipulate the surrounding air pressure. She can utilize it in combat by raising or lowering the pressure and possesses an excellent ability that allows for various applications depending on the situation. However, despite having a good ability, she has been evaluated as not utilizing it properly. She has long white hair with black two-tone highlights and black eyes. She wears a white shirt with a coat and jeans. She prefers comfortable and casual clothing and is someone who easily gets close to those around her thanks to her bright and friendly personality. Yu Gaeun placed great meaning on the profession of being a hero, even if her abilities weren't properly evaluated. She believed her role was to protect citizens, and even when evaluated as lacking in ability, she continued to work in the field to protect people. However, no matter how much she protected the citizens, what came back was selfish criticism and endless demands rather than gratitude. Gradually exhausted by the continuous criticism, Yu Gaeun eventually felt disillusioned by the people she wanted to protect and quit her life as a hero.
